ZEALS held an exchange of information and views on Physical AI with House of Councillors Member Taro Yamada, who serves as Secretary-General of the Liberal Democratic Party’s Robot Parliamentarians’ League.

The discussion covered domestic and international trends surrounding Physical AI and robotics, ZEALS’ robot development initiatives, and the potential for real-world deployment across industries including healthcare and elder care.

The participants also exchanged a broad range of views on strengthening Japan’s industrial competitiveness, creating the conditions needed for wider adoption of Physical AI, and the challenges ahead.

ZEALS will continue engaging in dialogue with relevant organizations and experts to advance the real-world deployment of Physical AI and contribute to the development of Japan-originated robotics.
